My approach balanced preserving tradition with modern innovation, beginning with a discovery and research phase where extensive stakeholder interviews helped identify key needs including a simplified court booking system, enhanced member communication tools, player performance tracking capabilities, and streamlined administrative functions. For the user-centered design phase, I developed four detailed personas representing different user groups and mapped out primary user journeys, while usability testing revealed and helped solve challenges such as event discovery difficulties, registration complications, unclear navigation, and performance issues. The design development process focused on creating an intuitive, elegant interface through multiple layout explorations, low-fidelity wireframes, iterative usability testing, and continuous refinement based on feedback.
