When I first looked at this project, I knew we were facing an interesting challenge: taking a basic design system and transforming it into something that could handle the complex needs of a corporate bank.

Project Overview
This wasn't just about making things look pretty. The bank needed a website that could grow with them, handle different types of content, and most importantly, make sense to their users. I spent a lot of time thinking about how different people would use the site – some might be checking quick financial updates, others diving deep into corporate documentation.
I worked on creating a user-centric, scalable website for a corporate bank by expanding the design system and enhancing the user experience.

My approach involved using user research to inform changes to the design system, collaborating with stakeholders, and refining the design based on feedback to create a user-centered website
Process
I believe in creating designs that actually solve problems, not just look good. So I started by: 1. Understanding the Users • Conducted in-depth interviews with both junior and senior employees • Mapped out different user journeys • Identified pain points in the existing system 2. Building the Design System • Created flexible, reusable components • Developed a modular system that could adapt to different content types • Ensured consistency across all pages while allowing for customization 3. Collaboration & Implementation • Worked closely with WordPress developers to ensure feasibility • Regular check-ins with stakeholders to gather feedback • Iterative improvements based on user testing

Final Design
The final designs enhanced the modular and flexible visual system, improving user experience and ensuring scalability across all site sections.
